Room 1    En-Suite Double

This is the smallest double room in the guest house with an en-suite shower,washbasin and toilet.The advantage of this room is it overlooks the locks of the Caledonian Canal and Loch Ness is also visible.

Room 2    En-Suite Double/Twin

This recently refurbished room has en-suite shower,washbasin and toilet,as well as the double bed it also has a modern chair/recliner which can easily be turned into a single bed for the extra adult or child.There is also a TV/DVD with a selection of DVD`s.

Room 3    Double Room with Private Bathroom

This double room has been recently refurbished as has its  private bathroom.The bathroom is not adjacent to the room but is for your use only.The bathroom has bath,washbasin and toilet.

Room 4    En-Suite Family/Twin

This family/twin room has a en-suite shower,washbasin and toilet and sleeps up to 5 people in a double,single and bunk beds.

Room 5    En-Suite Superior Double

This room is on the ground floor and retains many of the original pine features of the old Caledonian House it has a large en-suite with shower,washbasin and toilet.It also has a TV/DVD with a selection of DVD`s.
